Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer for SAK Healthcare, Kristi Nottelmann leads the Company’s healthcare consulting team in providing operational, clinical, financial, regulatory and administrative oversight for existing and new client engagements. Kristi, and her team of nurses, dietary specialists, marketing and census building experts, and nursing home administrators review, assess and manage healthcare facilities. Kristi oversees her team’s identification of areas for process improvement and new system implementations. As a member of SAK Healthcare’s Executive Team, Kristi executes strategic operational initiatives for the Company’s healthcare clients, including senior living and long-term care facilities.
Kristi brings more than 20 years of experience to SAK. Her skills and leadership have been focused on strategic planning, cross functional team leadership, process improvement and overseeing operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Prior to joining SAK Healthcare, Kristi was the Interim CEO and Chief Operations Officer for a healthcare corporation overseeing operations of multiple intermediate care facilities, Independent Living Arrangements and Adult Day Programs. Kristi also has experience serving as the Vice President of Operations for a healthcare management company, overseeing a portfolio of Assisted Living, Supported Living, and Memory Care facilities in five different states. Kristi’s philosophy is to ensure that she and her teams provide the highest levels of quality and continuity of care while remaining fiscally responsible.
Kristi holds a Master of Business Administration. In addition, Kristi is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
