Kay Bronston

VP of Marketing & Community Relations

Kay Bronston is VP of Marketing and Community Relations at SAK Healthcare. Ms. Bronston is responsible for overseeing the Company’s marketing and sales strategies at clients’ healthcare facilities, increasing admissions and improving community relations.  

Ms. Bronston has over thirty-five years in marketing and sales experience focusing on continuing care retirement communities, senior housing, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Since joining SAK in 2005, Ms. Bronston has implemented specialized and creative strategies to increase census, improve the admission process and expand community relations. Ms. Bronston works with each individual facility to determine the needs and concerns and works with staff to create quarterly marketing plans that serve as a blueprint to increase census, improve care and create a brand that is recognized and respected. During her career, Ms. Bronston has planned and hosted numerous community events in an effort to bring facilities and the community together. Events such as art shows, wine tastings, farm & family days, antique car and tractor shows are just a few successful programs designed to bridge the communities and the healthcare facilities together.  Before coming to SAK, Ms. Bronston worked as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a development company in Chicago Illinois where she played an integral part of the design and development team for start-up senior living communities. Ms. Bronston hired, trained, and supervised marketing and admissions staff, planned all marketing and sales pre-construction and construction phases, and was responsible for the successful completion and start-up of several continuing care retirement communities,  including Moravian Village in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Coventry Village in Sterling, Illinois and Madison, Wisconsin, Telford Lutheran Community in Telford, Pennsylvania, and Walnut Grove located in Morris, Illinois.

When not working, Ms. Bronston trains and competes in Triathlons. In 2016, Ms. Bronston earned a place on the USA Team’s World Age Group Competition held in Cozumel, Mexico.
